The GEGO PRO now combines GPS, GSM, WiFi, and BT technologies to enhance accuracy in all locations and situations. These changes are designed to provide more reliable tracking and give you peace of mind.
GEGO PRO comes with a SIM card provided by one of the largest telecom companies in the world offering the best 2G-4G GSM coverage, thanks to their roaming capabilities and contracts with hundreds of telecom companies worldwide. 

With the new GEGO PRO you can set up several “safe zone” locations, so you will receive a message each time the device gets in or out of these areas, such as “school”, “home”, “office”, etc. 

Get a location update every 1 minute. The location history is recorded automatically so you can  go back in time to view completed trips.

In order to unleash the powers of worldwide tracking, GEGO requires a subscription. You can choose between a monthly plan or save on a yearly subscription. We offer a Flat Fee, no extra or hidden roaming charges. 

No contract, no commitment. You can cancel or suspend your subscription at any time.

Each unit requires an independent subscription, they come with an integrated SIM Card, so think of it like a cellphone. Except GEGO does not have any extra roaming charges, you can track around the world on a flat rate subscription.

Unlike other trackers, the GEGO works everywhere in the world. GEGO can track long-distance; other trackers devices only cover small distance ranges or relies on other devices.

GEGO is safe to be used in flights due to its Triaxial Accelerometer that was engineered to turn off the device when in flight, turning back on once the plane comes to a full stop.

GEGO will send you an SMS alert when the tracker arrives to an airport, even without internet connection!

GEGO PRO's battery life is well above other trackers! 

Designed to last longer, the improved battery provides extended tracking capabilities, ensuring your belongings stay secure and within reach during longer journeys. The battery lasts 7 to 10 days depending on usage and is specifically adapted to endure extended periods during long flights. If the device remains stationary, it can last up to 20 days.

GEGO tracker relies on a strong connection with the GPS satellites in space to obtain an accurate location. If a tracker is inside a building, or in a trunk of a vehicle, it will typically fail to get any GPS signal.

In some cases, however, the tracker won't completely lose its GPS signal, but the signal will be weakened. For example, a tracker in a vehicle that's under a tree may have a hard time fully picking up an accurate location.

In these situations, you may experience what is known as GPS Drift.

With a strong signal, GPS positions are typically accurate within 15-20 feet, but if there are obstructions that are causing a weak signal, the position can be off by as much as 200 feet. 

If your tracker is fully obstructed, you will have no updated positions on your map and you will likely see this error message on your account: "Tracker doesn't have GPS signal. You may need to reposition."

💡  Please Note: If your device is inside a building or parking garage, the above message is normal. As soon as your device leaves the location, it will regain GPS signal and normal tracking will resume.

We are confident that you will love your GEGO, but if for any reason you are not happy, you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked. 

GEGO also comes with a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty. In case any manufacturing defect occurs within that year, we will replace the unit.

If you choose to receive notifications , GEGO will automatically let you know when it is disturbed or moves in or out of safe locations. You can define “safe locations” such as school, work, gym, etc. manually or let GEGO suggest frequently visited spots and set them as safe zones in the app.

Enter the GEGO App.Click on the MY ACCOUNT icon on the upper left corner of the main screen. Then click on the Manage safe locations sectionYou can edit or eliminate safe locations from there.

Enter the GEGO APP and choose the device you want to modify.

In the right upper corner choose the Edit option

You can modify your GEGO username and picture.

These Modes have been designed to maximize your GEGO PRO's performance, adapting the device's functionality to your usage.  

Flight Mode : Ideal for short or long flights . Optimized to report location faster when luggage arrives at a new airport. All the lights will turn OFF.

Standard: Ideal for your car, backpack or other belongings. "GEGO reports its location and notifies when it moves in or out of safe locations. 

Battery saver mode: Best for long drives, package tracking or long usages. GEGO reports its location less frequently when is not moving , to extend battery life. Lights will turn off.

Our primary shipping service in the United States is, DHL e-commerce. This service takes approximately  3-5 business days, regardless of where you are located within the continental United States (our primary warehouse is located in Miami area, FL).

Delivery time is calculated by “business day,” and excludes Sundays and holidays.

Note: All orders placed after 1 US EST PM will be schedule for pickup on the next business day.

International Shipping takes 7 to 10 days. DHL is the preferred shipping method. Customs' inspections may cause delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country. 

We offer Expedited Shipping options at extra cost when available depending on your shipping address. Cost range from $16 within the US to $24 International, and up to $50 in some cases.

Standard shipping starts from $10 US dollars.

International shipments are billed at the standard rate and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
