- The Service
The Company provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis to lawful owners of a new, original GEGO Device (hereinafter “you”). You may not use the Service unless you lawfully own a GEGO Device and you may only use GEGO Devices that you own or otherwise have been given permission to use whenever you use the Service. Company reserves the right to improve and change the Service and any element thereof at any time, at Company’s sole discretion.
- Subscription to the Service
Use of the Service requires a paid subscription, which may be offered by the Company as a 2-year, annual or as a monthly subscription plan or rental plan. By signing up for the Service, you authorize the Company to charge your credit card for the Service on a up-front recurring monthly, annual or 2-year basis. After signing up for the Service, the Company will automatically renew your subscription at the end of the current subscription period by charging your credit card. You can suspend your subscription to the Service at any time, by following the suspension instructions in the GEGO App. You can reinstate your subscription to the Service at any time by following the instructions in the GEGO App. Upon the suspension of any Service plan, $ 0.90 p/month will be charged to your credit card to keep active the SIM card in your GEGO Device. This monthly charge will remain in effect until a new Service plan is subscribed by you or you cancel definitively the Service by sending a cancellation notice to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that once the Service is cancelled, to reinstate your GEGO Device a reactivation charge of $ 35.00 will be applied. Please allow 3 business days prior to the end of your current subscription period to cancel your subscription to the Service, to avoid being charged for the subsequent subscription period. All payments made for your subscription to the Service are non-refundable, unless otherwise noted in the GEGO 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You have the option to switch from a 2-year or annual plan to monthly subscription plan, and vice versa, by sending an email to email@example.com. Note that the price of your subscription to the Service will change according to the subscription plan rates offered by the Company, at the time of your subscription plan modification. Any changes to your subscription plan will not take effect until the following subscription period. The Company reserves the right to modify the price of your subscription to the Service at any time. The Company reserves the right to suspend your subscription to the Service, if the Company is unable to process the subscription renewal charge on your credit card.
With the GEGO RENTAL PROGRAM, you may cancel your subscription at any time and return the GEGO Device to the Company. You are responsible for return shipping charges. If the GEGO Device is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, additional fees may be incurred. You are responsible for lost or stolen GEGO Devices and will be charged the full price ($ 99.95) if the subscription is terminated without returning the device. Cancellation prior to 3 full billing periods will result in a $45.00 administration and refurbishment service fee.

This list of countries is subject to change at any time by Company. If you travel to a country or area not on this list then the Service will not work. Note that Cellular coverage and data rates on any cruise line prohibits the Company from providing service.
- Disruption of Service
You acknowledge and understand that from time to time the Service may be inaccessible or inoperable due to equipment malfunctions, periodic maintenance procedures, repairs or upgrades which may occur over time. You also acknowledge and understand that Service malfunctions may occur for reasons beyond the Company's control or which are not reasonably foreseeable, including, without limitation, suspension, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, including delays or failures due to your hardware, internet service provider, Mobile Provider, hostile network attacks, network congestion or other failures. You agree that the Company will not be liable to you or to any third party in the event the Service is inaccessible or malfunctions, or for any disruption in the Service. You also acknowledge and understand that the Service includes a cellular modem and antenna system that is built into a much smaller form factor than a typical mobile device. This smaller form factor may exhibit limited cellular radio coverage compared to the coverage of a typical cellular mobile device.
The Device is certified compliant with applicable FCC, TSA, FAA, IATA and other official requirements when used in the manner prescribed and instructed by the Company.

- Online Payments
You can pay for your subscription to the Service on the GEGO App. We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal for payments. If a credit card account is being used for a transaction, Company may obtain pre approval for an amount up to the amount of the payment. If you enroll to make recurring payments automatically, all charges and fees will be billed to the credit card you designate during the setup process. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must change your information on the GEGO App. The Company uses Stripe, and other entrusted, PCI compliant, third party companies, to charge your credit card for device purchase and subscription renewals. The Company does not retain your credit card information on its servers. You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that (i) any credit card, debit card and bank account information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit/debit card company or bank, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) you are the person in whose name the card was issued and you are authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit card and credit card information. All features, content, specifications, devices, accessories and prices of devices, accessories, and services described on the website and apps are subject to change at any time.
- Orders Acceptance and Shipping Policy
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our Credit and Fraud avoidance Department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. By ordering your GEGO Device, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing text messages including, but not limited to order confirmation, order delivery and other related order information or customer support needs regarding the order at the telephone number(s) that you provide. The Shipping Policy of the Company is to ship the GEGO Devices without delay an to provide competitive shipping fees. Our current primary shipping service in the United States is DHL eCommerce. This service takes approximately 5-7 business days, regardless of where you are located within the United States. The Company's primary warehouse is located in Miami, FL. Delivery time is calculated by “business day,” and excludes Sundays and holidays. All orders placed after 1:00PM EST will be scheduled for pickup on the next business day.
- Pre-orders Terms & Conditions
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with the Company for the Service. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms: When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to the Device being shipped by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The expected shipping date is subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and the Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by an estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, the Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The GEGO Device will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
- Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales

Although Company attempts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Site, it makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site and Content thereon. It is possible that the Site could include typographical errors, inaccuracies or other errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could be made to the Site by third parties. In the event that an inaccuracy arises, please inform Company so that it can be corrected. Company reserves the right to unilaterally correct any inaccuracies on the Site without notice. Information contained on the Site may be changed or updated without notice. Additionally, the Company shall have no responsibility or liability for information or Content posted to the Site from any non-Company affiliated third party. We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile device, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's or screen's display of any color will be accurate.
- Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product / service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

- Your Mobile Service Provider
You acknowledge that the terms of any agreement with your respective mobile network provider (“Mobile Provider”) will continue to apply when using the Service with your smartphone or other mobile device. Consequently, you may be charged by your Mobile Provider, or any applicable third parties, for access to its/their network connection services while you are accessing the GEGO App. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise.
- GEGO Apps Access, Security and Restrictions; Passwords
- Disclaimer of GEGO App Warranties
The Company does not warrant that access to or use of the GEGO App will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the GEGO App will be corrected. The GEGO App, including any content or information contained within it or any app-related service is provided "as is" with all faults, with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to; the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality of information, quiet enjoyment, and title/non-infringement. Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information obtained through the GEGO App or the GEGO Device.The Customer assumes total responsibility and risk for the use of the GEGO App and related services.
- Limitation of Liability Regarding Use of the GEGO App
The Company and any third parties mentioned in the GEGO App are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of or relating in any way to the GEGO App, App-related services, content or information contained within the GEGO App, and/or any linked website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. Except as otherwise provided above, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the Service. To the extent of any aspects of the foregoing limitations of liability are not enforceable, except as otherwise provided above, the maximum aggregate liability of the Company to you with respect to your use of the Service is $ 300.00 (Three hundred US Dollars) .
- GEGO refund policy
The Company is proud to maintain a 98% customer satisfaction rate and offers world class customer service and support. In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your GEGO Device within 30 days of the purchase date. The GEGO device must be in its original condition including cable and packaging. If you have not activated/used the GEGO Device during the 30 days period after the purchase we will refund the amount paid. If you have activated/used the GEGO Device during that period we will refund the purchase price less $ 23.00 for restocking and SIM card activation. How to return a device: Please email the proof of purchase and the GEGO Device ID # (found on the label) to https://support.gego.io/hc/en-us/requests/new to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Upon receipt of the device our Support team will contact you and issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping restocking and SIM card fees when applicable.
Note: The Company can only refund orders placed directly through its website www.gego.io. If you purchased your GEGO Device through an authorized reseller (such as Amazon), please contact them for refund instructions. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase and may take up to 10 business days from the day we receive the returned device.
- Defective or Damaged GEGO Devices

The Company warrants to the original purchaser of the GEGO Device from the Company's website or from an officially authorized reseller (the “Purchaser”) that the GEGO Device will be free from defects in workmanship or material appearing within 12 months from the date of purchase and under normal consumer usage . This warranty may not be transferred to any subsequent buyer.This warranty does not cover any GEGO Device failure caused by abuse, intentional damage, or use of the device in violation of Company’s instructions. As the Purchaser’s only remedy, and Company’s only responsibility, for any defect in the GEGO Device, Company will either, at the Company's option; replace the device; repair the device or refund the price paid by the Purchaser for the device.The following are excluded from coverage under this warranty: a. Normal Wear and Tear. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage; b. Ornamental Decorations. Ornamental decorations such as emblems, graphics, rhinestones, and their settings, and other decorative elements, are excluded from coverage; c. Batteries. Only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and batteries that leak are covered by this limited warranty; d. Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (i) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (ii) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (iii) use of the device or accessories for other purposes or subjecting the device or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (iv) other acts which are not the fault of the Company and/or the GEGO Device, are excluded from coverage; e. Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, including without limitation, software changes, or modification in any way by someone other than the Company, or its authorized service centers, are excluded from coverage; f. Altered Products. Devices or accessories with (i) serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated; (ii) broken seals or that show evidence of tampering; (iii) mismatched board serial numbers; or (iv) nonconforming or non-GEGO housings, antennas, or parts, are excluded from coverage; g. Communication Services. Defects, damages, or the failure of products and Services due to any communication service or signal you may subscribe to or use with the products and Services is excluded from coverage.To make a claim under this warranty, the Purchaser must provide proof of purchase of the GEGO Device and make a written claim to Company using the contact details set out below, within 30 days after the defect was discovered. As a condition to receiving the remedy, the Purchaser may be required by the Company, at the Purchaser’s expense, to return the Device to the Company and to pay for any necessary return freight for a repaired or replacement device. GEGO GPS Hardware Lifetime warranty
Definition: Lifetime warranty is a guarantee that a manufacturer will repair or replace any defective parts for their products at no cost to the customer. The “lifetime” may reference the suggested lifetime of the product when used as intended and during the time that the product is in production. (It does not mean the lifetime of the buyer).
Lifetime of the product: The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered only to the original buyer, for the lifetime of the product as specified above.
- The GEGO GPS must have been activated and had at least 6 months of subscription plan or 1 annual plan.
- Products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.
- If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
- Only unaltered and unmodified products and original workmanship are covered by the lifetime warranty.
- Return shipping costs of defective units under this Warranty must be paid by the customer. The manufacturer will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
- Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to the customer free of charge.
- Lifetime warranty turnaround time is currently approximately 3 weeks, but may vary by location.
- This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect usaga is excluded under our warranty policy.

You acknowledge that the GEGO Device and Service, which may include technology and software, are subject to the customs and export control laws and regulations of the United States of America and may also be subject to the customs and export laws and regulations of the country in which the products are manufactured and/or received. By purchasing, downloading or using technology or software in connection with the Service, you agree to abide by the applicable laws, rules and regulations - including, but not limited to the Export Administration Act and the Arms Export Control Act - and you represent and warrant that you will not transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, the software or technology to a foreign national or a foreign destination in violation of the law. By purchasing a GEGO Device, you agree that you will not use any such GEGO Device, or provide such GEGO Device to any person, who is forbidden from receiving the product under the Export Administration Regulations or any economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Department of Treasury. U.S. antiboycott regulations, or U.S. economic sanctions, including the export and antiboycott restrictions found in the Export Administration Regulations or the sanctions regulations administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, demands, damages, costs, fines, penalties, attorneys’ fees and all other expenses arising from your failure to comply with this provision and/or applicable export control, antiboycott, or economic sanctions laws and regulations.
- Emergency Use Disclaimer
The GEGO Device is intended for use as a recreational location device. The Service is not a failsafe security system. The Service is not compatible with 911 or similar emergency telephone number or location systems. Therefore, proper safety precautions should always be used especially with children and adults.
- Limitation of Liability Regarding Use of the GEGO Device
Under no circumstances, whether for breach of warranty, negligence or other tort, or on any strict liability theory, will the Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages in any way related to the GEGO Device. Some countries, states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

The Company does not guarantee that use of the GEGO Device will enable lost animals, adults, children, or other objects to be found. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.The GEGO Devices are not life saving devices. The GEGO Device's ability to report location depends on many factors. These factors include the availability and quality of cellular service, the line of sight from the GEGO Device to wifi networks, weather conditions, battery strength, and other factors which impact communication services in general. This list is not a complete list of factors which can impair the use of the Service.

By using Blue Ribbon Bags luggage recovery service (the "Service"), you fully agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Service Inclusion: The Service is included in all subscription plans offered by GEGO, subject to the conditions set forth below.
Service Conditions: In order to use the Service, your GEGO subscription plan must be active at the time you open a luggage recovery case. If your GEGO subscription plan is not active, you will not be able to use the Service.
Third-Party Service Provider: The Service is provided by Blue Ribbon Bags Inc. established in New York, NY, a third-party service provider to GEGO. GEGO is not responsible for the performance of the Service provided by Blue Ribbon Bags.
Limitation of Liability: GEGO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay in the delivery or recovery of luggage(s) that is(are) the subject of a luggage recovery case, regardless of the cause of such loss, damage, or delay. In addition, GEGO shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GEGO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GEGO with respect to the Service provided by Blue Ribbon Bags Inc., and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and [Your Company Name] with respect to the Service.
