STEP 1
BEFORE LEAVING THE AIRPORT
Notify the airline that the baggage did not arrive at the end-point of your flight.
The airline will provide you with a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) that you will need to file the report below.

Make sure you have an active GEGO subscription.

This report must be completed WITHIN 12 HOURS OF FLIGHT ARRIVAL.
