Requesting a Refund

Your Gego order is eligible for a refund if you've had it less than 30 days, and the order is returned in good condition with original packaging. You will need to contact us prior to returning the order to receive the proper return instructions.

Please note that partial returns are not eligible for a refund. (Example: If you ordered 4 Gegos, you must return all 4 Gegos to receive a refund.)

Note: Gego can only refund orders placed directly through our website, www.gego.io. If you purchased Gego through another party (such as Amazon.com), please contact them for refund instructions.  

Return and Refund Instructions

Once you have submitted your request to support@gego.io, you will be contacted with your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions on how to return your order.

You may wish to use a package-shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS that is able to track shipments. Gego is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the order.

Upon receipt, we will verify that all of the Gegos in your original order are included with the return and that the Gegos are in good physical condition. Partial returns are not eligible for a refund. Please note that incomplete returns cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.

Once the return has been processed, a confirmation message will be sent out with information on when the refund should be expected.   

Gego Refund Policy

We have worked very hard to create a product you will love and we believe you will love your Gego product. However, we realize the Product you receive from Gego may not be exactly what you expected. Should this rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all Gegos purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser and Gego will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy applies only to Products you purchase directly from Gego.io. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the Gego hardware one (1) year Worldwide Warranty referred to above.

All returns must be authorized. To authorize a return, please contact our Support team at support@gego.io.

Warranty and Refund Policy

Gego Hardware Limited Warranty

Gego warrants that your Gego hardware product ("the Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period"). If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Gego will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component. This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with; where the Product is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device; or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, Gego must receive Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Consumer must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") from Gego and return the defective Device together with proof of purchase to the address specified by Gego in connection with the RMA. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the Device to Gego. By sending the Device, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to Gego. Gego may not return the original Device to Consumer. Gego warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Gego shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Device to the customer. Any product returned to Gego without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost (subject to prepayment) or disposed of in GEGO’s sole discretion.

Our primary shipping service in the United States is, at present, DHL eCommerce. This service takes approximately  4-7 business days, regardless of where you are located within the contiguous United States (our primary warehouse is located in Deerfield Beach, FL).

Delivery time is calculated by “business day,” and excludes Sundays and holidays.

All orders placed after 1 US EST PM will be scheduled for pickup on the next business day. 

Note: PO boxes are not accepted as a valid shipping address.


International shipping

GEGO is offering to ship to a select group of countries outside of the U.S. These countries include Canada, Australia, the U.K., Germany and Switzerland. International shipping rates apply. 

Delivery time is calculated by “business day,” and excludes Sundays and holidays.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International Orders 
may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; LugLoc Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can LugLoc predict what they may be. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 
Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
